Sometimes we catch ourselves complaining or commiserating with others,

even though we know it's not helpful.

And to be TOTALLY honest, we actually know repetitive complaining & commiserating

is detrimental to our mental health.

Not to mention our relationships. Yikes.

So why do we do it? That's a hard question, right?

Do we complain out of habit?

Do we commiserate for sake of "fitting in"?
